Policies & Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

New Hospital Policies

Effective Sept 15, 2023

Our goal at Hamilton Veterinary Hospital is to provide high-quality medical care in a timely manner to all our veterinary patients. We understand that unanticipated events happen and may impact your schedule. HVH has updated appointment policies surrounding missed and canceled appointments.

Cancel/Reschedule: Out of consideration for our patients, staff, and our doctors, we ask that you give us 24 business hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment. Fees may apply.

Missed/No-Show: If you miss a scheduled appointment without providing 24-hour notice of cancellation a $30.00 fee will be applied to your account and must be paid before rescheduling your pet’s next appointment.
